Panopticon: Director:

Martina Klanova 

(March 2025 - April 2025) 

Stop-motion animation

• I animated on several scenes during my time working on Panopticon and was provided with the opportunity to experiment.

Prop fabrication 

Created sandwich packets, wrap boxes and crisp packets which ended up featuring in several background shots of the film.

Kronos: Director:

Animation

 

 

• ​Worked the camera and checked the framing and lighting whilst the director animated the beginning of the scene when the space station door first opens, then I animated the final moments of the scene where the protagonist looks outside the door. ​

 

Balanced Diet:Directors: 

James Wheeler, Isaac Nuttall, Kerry McCoy and Aoife Henry.

•  (Oct 2023-Dec 2023) 

• Stop-motion animator and fabricator.

• Animated a scene featuring the carrot and cupcake protagonists arguing about who would be the tastiest to eat, with a partner. I animated the cupcake in this scene whilst my partner

       animated the carrot. 

• I was also in charge of fabricating the cupcake puppet, utilising my problem solving and model-making skills. 

• I was also involved with several brainstorming sessions and was instrumental during every part of the films production from the character designs to the storyline. 

 

Grandma's Dolls House: Director: 

Lily Kennedy. 

(April 2024 - May 2024)

Stop-motion animator and model-maker

• Animated several scenes on Grandma's Dolls house which each allowed me to try something new and required me to approach animating the scene in different ways.

• I also produced a chair prop which ended up being featured in the film.

• Created trees which ended up being featured in one of the scenes in the film.

• Produced several trees created using different materials so I could discuss with the director which materials would be the best to use.

• ​Being involved with animating on several scenes during Fisk's production allowed me to work on a project which was different to any I'd worked on previously and allowed me to push myself outside my comfort zone.
