I participated in an online Model Making Foundations Course with the Aardman Academy. During my gap year earlier in 2022 before I joined the University of the West of England.

The course was a four week online course lead by Jim Parkyn. Each week, over the courses duration Jim would teach us new model making skills and then set us a task. A lot of what I created for the course were things I created based on tasks Jim set us. But some things I created because I wanted to try new things and challenge myself.

Being involved with the course was beneficial for me as it allowed me, to develop skills and knowledge from a professional.
